Job Description
We are seeking a Manager / Senior Manager, Delivery Operations to lead and grow a team of Delivery Operations Managers within Snorkel’s Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) business.
Requirements
- 5+ years in delivery operations, program management, or related fields
- At least 1–3 years of people leadership
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and scale a team
- Track record of driving process improvements and delivering on complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Ability to clearly articulate project status, risks, and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proactive and resourceful in resolving challenges and managing ambiguity
