Snowflake is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in developing the Snowflake Marketplace, a platform that empowers organizations to discover, access, and build with valuable datasets, cutting-edge applications, and intelligent AI agents. The ideal candidate will have experience managing high-performing teams, strong technical depth, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing high-performing full stack engineering teams (ideally 5–10 engineers)
• 10+ years of total software engineering experience with a strong background in leading full-stack development
• Strong technical depth, cross-functional collaboration, technical fluency, operational excellence, product passion
