Snuggs is rapidly growing and seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape its brand image as it transitions from startup to scale-up. The role involves leading UX/UI design for the e-commerce site, identifying user needs through research, creating visual concepts, and mentoring junior designers. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product, UX, and UI design (agency e-commerce experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools
- Strong UX fundamentals (information architecture, accessibility, responsive design)
- Solid visual design sense (typography, grid systems, brand integration)
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills
