Market intelligence &Treasury Planning Manager

Soar is a rapidly growing fintech company financing and investment solutions with a mission to help people achieve their financial goals. They are seeking a Market Intelligence & Treasury Planning Manager to lead analytical and strategic functions, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to strengthen funding strategy and investor confidence. The role involves market analysis, treasury planning, financial analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Financial Engineering.
• Master’s degree in Applied Finance, Financial Economics, or Investment Management is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
• Strong knowledge of mortgage market analysis, rate-setting mechanisms, and housing finance benchmarks.
• Proven experience in market research, financial modeling, and funding analytics.
• Solid understanding of Islamic finance instruments (Sukuk, RMBS, structured funding).
• Familiarity with Bloomberg, Refinitiv, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong quantitative and analytical thinking.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).
