Job Description
Soar, a global fintech startup, is seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to shape the user experience of their fintech platform. The role involves translating complex processes into intuitive designs that enhance usability and drive engagement, working closely with product, engineering, and business teams. The designer will contribute to the development and maintenance of the Soar’s design system and create intuitive user flows.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design, user flows, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)
- Solid understanding of usability, interaction design, and responsive design principles
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
