Creative Strategist (Performance Creative)

The Soar Group is a performance agency group that works with D2C brands, and we're looking for a Creative Strategist to lead creative strategy across multiple client accounts on Meta and TikTok. In this role, you'll own the creative direction and performance across multiple client accounts, driving ideation, scripting, briefing and analysis from end to end. You'll work closely with designers, producers, media buyers and account managers to ensure creative output is strategically sound, performance-driven and executed to a high standard.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years experience in paid social, creative strategy, content or performance marketing (agency experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok ad ecosystems
• Proven ability to analyse performance data and translate it into creative decisions
• Excellent written communication and briefing skills
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
• A strong interest in buyer psychology, storytelling and conversion-driven content
• The ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
