They are seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to lead strategy, guide junior strategists, and drive data-driven creative excellence. The role involves developing and scaling creative strategies for D2C brands across a variety of platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, paid social, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
• Proven success in developing and scaling performance creative strategies for Meta or TikTok campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting creative data to inform strategy.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities.
• Deep understanding of performance marketing principles and data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
