Job Description
As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling all written and phone communication with our customers and partners. You will be the link between our customer, Social Deal, and its partners, ensuring that every customer hangs up the phone with a smile. You will work in a beautiful office in the heart of 's-Hertogenbosch, with a friendly team and a fixed schedule.
Requirements
- Excellent command of the German language in word and writing and preferably also good knowledge of the Dutch language in word and writing
- A natural ability to put yourself in other people's shoes
- A flexible work attitude
