Stage Marketing & Communicatie (Klantenservice)

As a Trainee in Marketing and Communication at Social Deal, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and partners, responding to customer inquiries, assisting with requests, and providing content information via phone, email, app, and chat. You will have the space to really provide service and support various tasks, including back-office tasks and marketing and webcare department tasks.

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Customer orientation and problem-solving skills
• Experience with telephone customer contact is useful but not a requirement
• Ability to empathize with other people
• Ability to work at least four days a week
