We are a successful digital online publisher seeking a part-time Student Assistant (m/f/d) Human Resources in Cologne, Germany. As a student assistant, you will support our People, Organization & Culture Team in various HR areas, including recruiting, growth and retention, contracts and compliance, and people operations. You will have the opportunity to shape modern HR processes, translate HR data into clear insights, and develop your skills in HR analytics, process automation, and more.

Requirements

• enrolled at a German university or university for at least a year
• study a HR-relevant study program, e.g. Business Administration, Business Economics, Psychology, Personnel Management, etc.
• speak fluent German and good English
• interested in various HR topics and motivated to make a change
• work structured, reliable and carefully and have a high requirement for data and document quality
