User Experience (UX) Lead

We are a dynamic and innovative company looking for a User Experience (UX) Lead to take ownership of the design and optimization of user journeys across our platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of UX principles, usability testing, and user research methodologies
• Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
• Proven track record of optimizing websites for conversion and engagement
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers
• Experience with Google PageSpeed Insights and web performance optimization
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and A/B testing platforms
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG standards) and responsive design best practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to advocate for UX best practices
