Requirements

• Extensive menu knowledge of Society Burgers' menu and beverage items
• Knowledge of beers and handcrafted cocktails
• Anticipating guest needs and processing orders
• Taking payment in a hospitable and timely manner
• Crafting perfect beverages
• Making drinks for the entire restaurant and for surrounding area
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects at heights
• Team player
• Accountable for traffic flow, payments, and cash drawer management
• Record and analyze cashflow
