Host

The Host is responsible for managing guest traffic flow, payment transactions, and security of the cash drawer. This is a client-facing role reporting to the General Manager and requiring minimal supervision. The role involves greeting and seating guests, handling orders, maintaining cleanliness, and analyzing cashflow.

• Greeting and seating guests
• Knowledge of Rib Crib products
• Handling phone calls and directing them appropriately
• Overseeing cleaning and restroom maintenance
• Stocking and package handling
• Cashflow recording and analysis
• Flexibility to assist with any task as needed
