Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in account management or sales, in the North America region
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through cross-selling and upselling efforts
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce
