Job Description
Soda is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Resolution team, focusing on building the solution that helps customers augment their data quality issue resolution workflows. The role involves collaborating with engineers, C-level stakeholders, and co-founders, shaping simple solutions that address customer needs and optimizing existing features. The company is backed by VCs, and offers a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Requirements
- Delivers solutions from problem to shipped solution.
- Manages customer relationships and collaborates with Sales and Customer teams.
- Extracts problems from customers and delivers solutions.
- Works independently and synthesizes input.
- Proficient in English.
- Independent, opinionated and able to synthesize information from various sources.
- 1+ years of experience in fast-paced SaaS or devtool startups.
