Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in capital markets and fintech
- BS/BA in business, finance, accounting, economics or similar technical field
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing project timelines
- Proven ability to structure and operationalize new financing or capital markets products
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, technical skills, and attention to detail
