Job Description
We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Manager to assist in leading our Fraud Investigations team. The Manager, Fraud Investigations will oversee Fraud Investigators and Fraud Specialists conducting independent reviews and analysis of potential fraudulent activity.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of fraud experience
- Minimum of 4+ manager leadership experience
- Ability to implement and iterate on Fraud Operations SOPs
- Subject matter expert for Fraud Prevention and Investigation
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
