Job Description
SoFi is seeking a Senior Credit Policy Analyst to contribute to the delivery, clarity, and automation of its credit policies, specifically within the Home Loans portfolio. This role involves developing, documenting, and operationalizing credit policies, as well as driving cross-functional collaboration and system-level implementation. The analyst will focus on ensuring alignment with investor requirements and digital execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 10+ years of residential mortgage experience
- Deep knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Home Equity, Non-Agency, Non-QM loan programs
- Experience developing and maintaining credit guidelines, overlays, and investor-facing documents
- Familiarity with Encompass LOS and credit decisioning systems
- Strong writing, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
