Job Description
SoFi is seeking a Senior Pricing Associate to join the Pricing team within the Lending Organization. This role focuses on developing, launching, and scaling pricing initiatives for their Personal Loans (PL) business. The Associate will leverage data analysis, market research, and stakeholder collaboration to drive revenue growth and improve the product experience. They will be responsible for product development, leadership, and customer focus.
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering, Mathematics or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of industrial experience in pricing, financial services, consulting, and/or credit risk strategies
- Proven track record of end-to-end strategic framework development, implementation, and performance tracking in financial services
- Exceptional programming skills in Python and SQL
- Strong knowledge of Tableau
- Effective communication skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Excels in a fast-moving environment
