Your tasks include ensuring, maintaining, and further developing the quality management system, including compliance with AZAV and funding regulations, and coordinating document management.
Requirements
- Professional Qualification: Qualification or in-depth knowledge in the field of quality management or comparable quality-relevant areas
- Basic knowledge of labor market-related framework conditions (e.g. AZAV, SGB III, funding measures according to § 45, FbW or procurement measures)
- Basic understanding of audit, audit and certification processes
- Ability to process quality-relevant topics in a structured, careful and traceable manner
- Willingness to continuously develop professionally in quality management
- Work Experience: Professional experience in quality management or quality-relevant functions, ideally in the field of education, social services or labor market-related services
- Ability to communicate complex requirements understandably, practically and targetedly
