Requirements
- 8+ years of full-stack development experience with Node.js and React
- Proven experience leading development teams in agile environments
- Strong knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Track record of setting processes, KPIs, and delivering milestones
- Hands-on troubleshooting skills in production environments
- Collaborative, customer-centric approach to problem-solving
- Strong leadership, architectural thinking, communication, and ownership
