Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst or IT Analyst
• Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies, especially SCRUM
• Expertise in gathering, analyzing, documenting requirements
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Essential familiarity with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
• Understanding of software development life cycles
