Job Description
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's overall database strategy. Define and drive a strategy for database performance, and lead a team of DBAs.
Requirements
- Associates degree in Computer Technology or Equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Leadership & Execution
- Deep proficiency in MSSQL 2012 to 2022
- 2+ years of experience in server hardware design and best practices
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft domain networks
- Proactivity & Problem Solving
- Result Orientation
- Strong working knowledge on ITIL framework practices and process
- Effective time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
