Job Description
Lead change management projects, developing strategies, plans, and training programs for organizational adoption processes. Manage project teams, stakeholder engagement, and communication to ensure successful implementation of new technologies and processes.
Requirements
- Expert Consultant experience in change management adoption processes
- Solid knowledge in change management methodologies and project management
- Experience in Technology Projects
- Experience with SAP (desirable)
- OCM certifications (at least ADKAR)
