Job Description
Expert Consultant to provide support for organizational change adoption processes derived from the implementation of new technologies, with a focus on Change Management, ERP SAP, and PROSCI skills.
Requirements
- Execute operational tasks of Change Management
- Participate in the activities necessary to implement a change management process
- Support for stakeholder management
- Design communications for the adoption of new processes and tools
- Identification of organizational change impacts
- Participate in the development of training plans for all levels of the organization
- Help in managing project teams to foster an agile work style
- Advanced English (80-95%)
