ILS Manager NV1

ILS Manager NV1 role working within the Systems Integration and Operations (SIO) area, requiring planning, leading, and managing ILS human and physical resources, developing logistic plans, and conducting service design.

Requirements

• Australian Citizens With NV1 Clearance
• Previous defence experience preferred
• Plan, lead and manage ILS human and physical resources
• Develop logistic plans and procedures
• Conduct service design of WSO ITSM support functions
• Conduct investigative work to determine ILS requirements
• Assist in the development of Support System aspects of Functional Performance Specifications
• Manage the conduct of Logistic Support Analysis
• Manages and mitigates logistic risks
• Provide oversight and guidance on logistic costs
• Provide assistance in financial reconciliation of project funds
• Set ILS and ITSM work that aligns with strategic and operational outcomes
• Provide advice and guidance to the WSO Senior Leadership Team
• Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders
• Conduct Inventory optimisation assessments
• Develop and conduct ILS and ITSM continual improvement strategies and plans
• Responsible for and have oversight of ILS Team activities
