ITSM Level 1

Please respond to the job if you are an Australian Citizen and residing in Australia and have an NV1 Clearance with an ability to obtain NV2 Clearance. The role is for an ITSM Level 1 position with a contract start date of 30/01/2023 and end date of 29/01/2023, with 2 x 12 months extensions.

Requirements

• ITIL Foundations Certification or higher
• Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver complex work or outcomes in cross-functional team environments
• Unrestricted ability to deploy to ADF military installations in support of constructive training events
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to a broad range of audiences
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with frontline IT staff
• Ability to conduct himself or herself in a manner reflective of ADF values
• 1-2 years industry IT experience, military experience or combination of the two
• Vocational qualifications in a closely related discipline
• Understanding of ADF Joint Doctrine
• Demonstrated ability to participate effectively in Continual Process Improvement
• Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) vendor certification, or higher
