Serve guests and members at Soho Beach House Miami, maintaining a positive and influential attitude, being detail-oriented, process-driven, and flexible. Develop and maintain professional relationships with coworkers and management, and adhere to health and safety policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in similar capacity
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and maintain calm under pressure
• Must be hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service and respectful towards colleagues and guests
• Ability to take direction, work in a team environment and autonomously
