Soho House Amsterdam is seeking an experienced and charismatic Front Office Supervisor to lead our reception team and ensure every member and guest is welcomed with the distinctive Soho House warmth.
Requirements
- Experience in a Front Office or supervisory hospitality role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and support a team
- Confident multitasker, comfortable managing high-volume phone lines and guest flow
- Proficient with booking and CRM systems; experience with such as Opera is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve conflicts with ease
- Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills
- Strong command of English (additional languages are a plus)
- Flexible schedule, including the ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays
