Interior Designer (m/f/d)

As an interior designer, you will play an integral role in building our bespoke Soho Home Design consultation service based in our Soho Home Berlin Studio. You will work with walk-in and virtual appointment requested clients to ensure that Soho Home not only meets but exceeds their design expectations.

Requirements

• Actively build, maintain and grow relationships with existing and new Soho Home clients.
• Host and perform consultations within the store and virtually to define the customer’s design brief.
• Create bespoke tailored design presentations including CAD plans and mood boards.
• Provide expertise, guidance and an elevated service to clients looking to use Soho Home for interior design projects within their own home.
• Own each touch point of the client experience from initial contact right through to delivery, order management and logistics.
• Represent the Soho Home aesthetic and brand vision through all instalments.
• Support the visual quality and standards throughout the store/studio space.
• Design and host interior design workshops, talks and events alongside the events team.
• Weekly reporting to manager.
