Job Description
The Line Cook II at Soho House Miami is responsible for maintaining a station, preparing food and sauces, assisting senior chefs, and ensuring high-quality dishes. They are highly skilled and thrive in fast-paced environments, executing multiple station menu items correctly. This role offers a positive team environment with opportunities for growth within Soho House.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, upscale and approachable environment.
- Strong understanding of professional cooking and honed knife-handling skills.
- Food handler’s certificate.
- Flexible schedule to work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to execute all menu items and deliver top-quality dishes.
