The Operations Manager is responsible for fostering the SoHum Mountain Healing culture within all departments and across all AyurPrana companies, creating unrivaled client and guest experiences fueled by fun, enthusiasm and compassion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in business or a related field preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience supervising staff and operations in a Hospitality environment preferred
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to respond appropriately under pressure
- Must have a strong desire for wellness and healing
- Must be able to thrive in a rapidly changing, startup environment
- Must be detail and solutions oriented
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to remain in calm and open demeanor while delivering quick and accessible service
- Must be proficient and fluid with technology and learning multiple service systems
- Sales experience preferred
