IA / ML Tech Lead

Soitec is seeking an IT Tech Lead AI/ML Specialist to work on projects transforming the industry, developing innovative AI solutions and ensuring efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Graduate with an engineering degree or a PhD in computer science, AI, data science, or an equivalent discipline
• Proven experience of more than 5 years in machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI
• Technical leadership, team spirit, and ability to simplify and structure complex projects
• Ability to design robust and scalable AI architectures in a demanding industrial environment
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and the AWS environment
