Requirements

• Answer phones and greet patients with a warm attitude
• Efficiently check patients in and confirm necessary forms
• Schedule existing patients and review copays and balances
• Triage patient concerns and provide support to clinical teams
• Manage daily/weekly scheduling activities and maintain accurate schedules
• Complete insurance verifications and ensure accurate intake paperwork
• Communicate with patients and provide outstanding customer service
• Ensure charge capture and other related data are accurate and submitted
