Informaton Technology Intern - IT/AI

SoLa Impact is looking for a motivated and curious IT Intern to join their team and help power the technology behind one of the most innovative social impact organizations in Los Angeles.

Requirements

• Assist with the installation and maintenance of IT and audiovisual systems.
• Support audio and video equipment setup for meetings and events.
• Help maintain inventory and documentation of IT and AV equipment.
• Collaborate with team members on technology projects and initiatives.
• Participate in the testing and evaluation of new technologies.
• Provide IT support and troubleshooting for staff across hardware, software, and network issues
• Assist with system setup, device deployment, and user onboarding for new team members
• Help maintain security best practices
• Support technology projects and system improvements across the organization
• Research and explore ways AI and automation can improve internal workflows
• Document solutions and help build a knowledge base for internal IT processes

Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $20.00-$24.00
