Job Description
SoLa Foundation, a nonprofit affiliate of SoLa Impact, seeks a Line/Prep Cook to join the team at the Center. The role involves preparing meals for cafe and catering events, ensuring food quality, and providing mentorship to youth. This position focuses on working within under-resourced communities to improve food access and opportunity.
Requirements
- Prepare ingredients and perform basic cooking tasks.
- Assist in menu preparation and kitchen duties.
- Maintain food handling and sanitation standards.
- Support student interns and culinary trainees.
