Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor coordinates maintenance requests, oversees maintenance field staff, and works with other departments to perform repairs and upgrades to SoLa's multi-family rental properties.

Requirements

• Directs the day-to-day work activities of the maintenance field staff
• Inspects property and equipment daily to determine the need and extent of service
• Responds to work orders on a first in, first out basis and in accordance with Fair Housing guidelines
• Communicates with Maintenance Administrators and provides regular updates on maintenance work performed
• Collaborates internally with other departments, including Property Management, Construction, and Purchasing
