Solace is seeking an organized Workplace Coordinator to join their team in the Redwood City office. The role focuses on creating a welcoming, efficient, and well-run workspace that supports a growing team. The company is a healthcare advocacy marketplace connecting patients and families with experts for health management.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in office coordination, operations, facilities, or an administrative role
- Based in the San Francisco Bay Area with the ability to work onsite in Redwood City five days per week
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Comfort with technology and tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and scheduling platforms
- A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and thrives in a dynamic, startup environment
