Job Description
Solairus Aviation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of aircraft maintenance, ensuring compliance with company policies and FAA regulations. This role involves lead maintenance activities, budget management, safety procedures, and maintaining accurate maintenance records. The supervisor will also work closely with other departments, including the Director of Maintenance and Client Aviation Manager (CAM).
Requirements
- Maintain a valid Airframe and Powerplant Certificate.
- Lead all maintenance activities of assigned aircraft.
- Develop a budget outlining and projecting financial expenses.
- Supervise and approve expenditures related to assigned aircraft.
- Coordinate with non-company personnel or Approved Maintenance Organizations.
