Job Description
Solairus Aviation is seeking an experienced Flight Coordinator to serve as a central point of contact for clients and flight crews, scheduling flights, arranging services, and ensuring the highest levels of service. This role requires strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Receive trip requests from clients and schedule flights.
- Provide clients with detailed flight itineraries.
- Arrange trip logistics and service items.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for flight crews.
- Maintain a current database of client and flight crew contacts.
- Comply with FAA regulations and Solairus Flight Operations Manuals.
