Requirements

• Draft and negotiate site control agreements, primarily consisting of lease option agreements, easement agreements, and purchase option agreements.
• Manage SolAmerica’s title process, including inter-party transaction reviews and confirmations.
• Negotiate and draft curative documents and ancillary real estate agreements.
• Coordinate with real estate specialists and support project development.
