Job Description
Join Solar Alternatives to help our community embrace clean energy solutions as a Call Center Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to earn between $25 to $35+ per hour, with uncapped earning potential based on your performance, and work with a flexible schedule that fosters teamwork and innovation.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills
- Prior customer service, hospitality, or retail sales experience
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
- Organized and goal-oriented with strong phone call and email etiquette
- Able to set appointments with potential clients
- Maintain and update lead data in the company CRM tool
- Initiate and support the sales process for the broader team
- Consistent work schedule and reliable availability
- Present yourself professionally and maintain a positive attitude with all prospects
