Job Description
SOLAR MATERIALS is seeking a Sales Manager for Recycling Services to focus on business development within the renewable energy sector. The role involves strategic solutions for EPCs, O&M providers, and investors in the context of ESG, End-of-Life Strategies, and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will build relationships with target groups, present recycling as a fundamental building block, and drive projects from procurement to implementation.
Requirements
- Completed studies in economics, engineering, environmental technology or comparable training
- Years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in renewable energy, EPCs, Q&M or asset management
- Knowledge of the project business and the auction process
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on mentality
- Travel readiness (national/ international)
- Very good German and English language skills
