Job Description
Solaris is a tech company with a full German banking license. We are looking for a People Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, maintain accurate employee records, and provide administrative support to employees.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a HR administrative role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with HRIS (ideally Personio)
- Knowledge of German labor laws and regulations is highly desirable
- Fluency in English and German is a must
- Apprenticeship (kaufmännische Ausbildung) or university degree in a field related to People Operations
