Job Description
Solaris, a tech company with a German banking license, is seeking a Product Owner for its Cards Transactions team. The role involves developing a product vision, collaborating with engineering, and balancing the needs of various stakeholders to drive the development and rollout of card-related features and products. Requirements
- 3+ years experience as Product Owner in the Cards processing space
- Deep expertise in payment processing, working on direct integrations with Visa and MasterCard (preferably on acquiring side)
- Deep expertise in payment processing and processor integration with a proven ability in mastering complex authorization and settlement flows
- Knowledge of payment networks, card schemes, and key industry regulations such as PSD2 and PCI DSS
- Ability to drive products from concept to execution
- Skill in navigating and balancing the needs of internal and external stakeholders
- Champion of clear and detailed documentation
- Strong growth mindset, driven by curiosity, empathy, and a deep sense of ownership
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
