Job Description
Solaris is a tech company with a full German banking license seeking a Risk Manager to manage and carry out model validation and governance. This role is critical for ensuring the robustness and regulatory compliance of models, impacting credit risk, market risk, and operational risk models. The position involves collaboration with senior management, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders, and supports the evolution of the risk management framework.
Requirements
- Manage and carry out independent model validation activities.
- Collaborate with senior manager and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain a model validation framework.
- Validate methodologies used for credit risk application and pricing.
- Prepare model risk reports and present them to stakeholders.
