Legal Senior Manager / Legal Director

Solarvest is seeking a Legal Senior Manager/Legal Director to lead all legal, governance, and compliance strategies across the Group. This role will focus on ensuring business decisions are executed within robust legal and ethical frameworks, encompassing CSR and regulatory compliance in Malaysia and potentially overseas. The ideal candidate will advise the CEO, Board, and management on strategic partnerships, project structures, and risk management.

Requirements

• Formulate and execute Solarvest’s Group Legal & Compliance strategy
• Lead all corporate legal matters including board resolutions and filings
• Oversee dispute resolution, arbitration, and litigation strategies
• Manage external legal counsel relationships
