Job Description
Soleil Collective is looking for a commercially-minded Digital Designer to create scroll-stopping, conversion-driven digital assets across paid media, web and CRM. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in digital design, strong motion and video editing skills, and advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in digital design
- Proven experience creating performance marketing assets for paid media
- Strong understanding of digital ad specs and platform best practices
- Ability to respond to performance data and iterate accordingly
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Strong motion and video editing skills (After Effects + Premiere Pro or equivalent)
- Experience using FIGMA
- Experience designing for ecommerce and email
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
- High attention to detail with strong time management
- AI curiosity and hands-on experience using generative tools to enhance workflow
