• Perform general administrative duties including answering calls, photocopying, scanning, and mail distribution.
• Assist Territory Managers with referral tracking and customer interactions.
• Monitor referral platforms like Curaspan and ensure timely communication with referral partners.
• Facilitate sales team meetings and gather required materials.
• Schedule internal and external meetings and manage logistics.
• Handle administrative tasks such as creating therapeutic collateral and dispatching reports.
• Conduct sales field activities to support territory managers.
• Retrieve medical policies to help advance prior authorizations.
