Job Description
Soleo Health is seeking a Contract Specialist to support their specialty infusion pharmacy and provide guidance to stakeholders on payor contracts. The role involves contract management, reimbursement consulting, communication, and reporting. They offer a corporate culture, benefits, and education opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with Home Infusion therapies
- Experience with and thorough understanding of Payor Contracts (e.g. audits, rate review/negotiation or reimbursement language review)
- Advanced knowledge of medical insurance plans (Managed Care, Commercial, Medicare Advantage, TPAs, and providers at financial risk)
- Experience in creation of training material or procedures (SOPs)
- Advanced knowledge of Home Infusion or Medical Specialty Pharmacy pricing/fee schedules
- High level of organization, proficiency in Microsoft suite
- Knowledge of Home Infusion or Medical Specialty Pharmacy
